The most direct form of communication is verbal communication called normally human conversation. This is most relevant and effective form. In some ways every conversation has its critically importance and value when it is about any business issue. Critical conversation is the key factor in decision making strategy at every level of today’s business world.
Critical conversation are sensitive, tough and most complicated issues, their basic nature is challenging, frustrating and very disturbing. Dealing such conversation is a very challenging task, and it takes a real skill when this is about company business. There can be many dimensions and many core issues may need your attention in that very short interval of time. Dealing such critical conversation, and managing all possible verbal and non-verbal dynamics as a manager your skills are so vital.
In critical conversation what matters the most is the capability to providing reasons for believing in something with the implications of beliefs. It is no exaggeration to say that critical conversation attaches huge importance to reasoning and handling, to giving reasons and to evaluating reasoning as much as possible. There is more to it than that, but skillful reasoning is a key element.

Effectiveness -

There are many effective and many ineffective methods; most common and most ineffective is avoidance of such issues, avoiding some important issues in any business environment sometime may be very disappointing for company as well as employer.
There are some of guidelines that as a manager can make you so effective and versatile.
  •      Define very clearly what you exactly want and what you exactly don’t want is the core issue.
  •      Establish a mutual understanding, trust and purpose.
  •       Tell him the truth of your course, explain him real reasons and make him comfortable
  •      Listen clearly and completely his point of view.
  •     Talk about facts and encourage him to participate openly. Show respect to his point of view.
  •     Finish with clear statements with all answers of what, when and who.
  •   Set up a follow up time is necessary.

The skilled manager can be branded not purely by her or his cognitive skills but also by how she or he carry himself while approaching a critical situation.
