Attributes of leadership:

Leadership only work when you lead with your mind and body. For an effective leader leadership must be a part of your character, leaders always lead with their whole existence.   

Physical Attributes:

Your health, your body language, your appearance in a complete and convenient way your body language. Communication by Body language, by gesture and posture, the way you carry yourself in relation to the theme of communication is an art of nonverbal communication. Like Sigmund fraud said “more than 90% human communication are non-verbal”  

Mental attributes:

Your mental state, communication skills, confidence level are the parts of mental attributes, a mental projection of yourself. Effective leadership is the synchronicity of thoughts, intentions, words, and body language. Verbal communication is largely depends upon mental fitness.           
 Today every day there is a challenge in your work place, in your life. These challenge these problems are like a waves in the sea, they are not going to settle down whatever you do.

Digital Attributes:
Today we all have a digital extension of our life and this is expanding every day, we digitally connected to the entire world and boundaries are shrinking every day. digital extension has variety of uses and one must understand and capable to explore this dimension. it save time energy money and at some critical issues it is vital and only way to lead. social networking has a new language today and it takes some time and energy to work with it efficiently. Activity on social networking and a large business social network could be a great help in some situations.   

New leadership is about learning how to sail your life boat on these waves of sea, how you design your whole existence into a perfect sailor. How you can use your problem to transform you into a more efficient, more perfect and more task oriented.
