FEAR OF FREEDOM – The Real Entrapment

FEAR OF FREEDOM – The Real Entrapment

To live life at its full potential there is only one entity we need to concur, and that is ourselves. You are the one and only friend you can have, and you are the only enemy you have against you. The real struggle is inside your consciousness, and just because of this inner conflict you stagger in your physical world again and again.
Every time you fall and stand back on floor, and the falling was never a problem, it had made you learn everything. The real entrapment is living life in the fear of falling and fear of failing, and ultimately you are living in fragments, a part of you want to enjoy life day by day and another part of you pulling you back forcing you to think and problems and conflicts in future.
We can go on talking for years and years, your mind can be stuffed with many things and facts, but that is not going to help. Rather, it may harm you because you will begin to know many things. And if you know many things you will become confused, remember knowledge always hesitate but ignorance is always bold.
Life is not about knowing, knowing and knowing, rather it is realizing the fact that how much you don’t know. Knowing this unknown add thrill in our mind and body to go deeper at the roots of everything.
Knowing many things add the fear of losing. It is good to know a little and to practice it, to refined it and making it a part of who you truly are.
A single method, a single drop of understanding can be very helpful. Doing something is always helpful, as it transform the total experience of life in a new way. But, attempting something new is always difficult for most of us, as outcomes cannot be predicted, and the element of being vulnerable resist all of us to a certain degree. Is this a fear to be free and more vulnerable or the fear of failing?
Success and failure in life is simply depends how you handle this inner conflict, this inner most gravity of failing or falling.

Just one questing is enough to answer this all.
What is the difficulty in doing something new?
What is wrong with failing?
What is wrong with falling?
What is the problem in living and normal life?
What is the problem in not being at the first place?
What is the problem in being next to the last?

As there is always a next time!
And, that is the beauty of life, it about living more in every passing moment, it is about being in a flow, it is about how much you smile every day, it is about how you feel about yourself, it is about the inner harmony of your being in totality.
We are been poisoned with this fear of freedom, with this so called safe zone. In reality everything you love, everything you every wanted is always outside this safe zone. I truly believe it is heaven outside this safe zone, and it is just few psychological steps away from you.
Play on the front foot outside this safe zone. At intellectual levels that deep down somewhere there is fear, fear of handling something unknown. Like if you do it, it may be that something promising stops happening, or something unusual or out of control come out of this new experiment.
It may look paradoxical, but most of us want to change our present state of life into something more harmonious. Every time we change something it becomes vulnerable, and we all want to play safe. This longing from unknown to known and vulnerability to safe zone is the real fear the only enemy you need to concur.
I have been meeting so many -- so many persons -- who think they want to change. They say they need a miracle to come out of this psychological abyss. Some people try to meditate, they ask for a deep transformation, but deep down they are always afraid. This duality of mind body and soul is your enemy.
People ask me, and they keep on repeating, what should I do, should I meditate, or should I do yoga or pranayam, or go for morning walk. That talk to themselves every day but they never do anything like that, they are always in this paralysis of analysis.
Most of us live in this illusion of life, because we think we are controlling the life and living, in reality by doing this we just limit our true self, and a limited form of life is never harmonious and blissful. This gives a facade, an appearance that they are really, sincerely interested in changing
Themselves. That is why they are asking, going to this guru and that, finding something new, trying differently, but on the surface they never do anything for themselves.
Everyone thinks that they are endeavoring for the ultimate freedom in this world and in "that world" also and in every world they know. We think that we all want MOKSHA, the total liberation, and we want to be freed from all limitations, and from every kind of slaveries.
Technically speaking this is how you deceive yourself every day. The basic principle of living is knowing and doing, it lead you to more knowing and more doing. And this self-sustainable cycle of knowing and doing will lead you to the ultimate singularity of your life, a more productive and blissful version of who you truly are, THE REAL YOU.
Every form of freedom creates fear, you always pay some price for your freedom. For example for inner freedom in totality you meditate, and it is the deepest freedom possible, but the result of the meditation will cost you your old beliefs, your thoughts, your personality, your surroundings and everything you thing you are. You are not freed only from outward limitations, you are freed from inner slavery the very mind, the ultimate base of slavery. You are freed from the whole past. The moment you have no mind, the past has disappeared.
Over a long practice of meditation you will found you have transcended all human history; now there is no society, no religion, no scripture, no tradition, because they all have their abode in the mind. Now there is no past, no future, because past and future are part of the mind, the memory and the imagination.
For a moment just imagine you are totally free from your past memories, from future concerns and targets and achievements, from family, relatives, and friends, from this social, economical, religious arena, WHAT WILL YOU DO?
This nothingness is seems to be so haunting for most of us.
So every freedom cost you something, but it will redefine you who you truly are.
